Design work you can actually get
You know how it usually goes. You're three paragraphs into a job description, already picturing yourself in it, and then you hit the line that quietly rules you out. We hated that too, so now we read every posting to the bottom and tell you up front whether it's open to you where you live.
Roles you can apply for today
We read every posting properly, so you're never left guessing what a company actually meant. And when they haven't said where they can hire? We'll tell you that too.
Designers worth knowing
No leaderboard here, nobody climbed anything. Just designers who've put their work up where you can read it, and yes, they'd love to hear from you.
Work from people here
Case studies published here by the designers who made them. The thinking is still in them, not just the tidy final screens.
Most job boards were never built with you in mind
A role posted in Berlin rarely stops to think about whether someone in Nairobi could take it. So we do that reading for you, and we say it plainly: open across Africa, global remote, or worth checking. Then we hand you to the company's own page — or, where an employer takes applications here, we say so on the listing before you start.
We never take a cut, screen you, or sell your details. There's nothing clever going on behind the scenes. We just make good work visible, yours to the people hiring and theirs to you, long before you spend an afternoon on a role that was never open to you.
Community, small on purpose
We'd rather six designers get a proper portfolio review than six hundred join another feed. Sessions are free and capped at a handful of seats, and the questions board is open to anyone.
Portfolio reviews and clinics
Forty minutes, a handful of designers, and a reviewer who has been exactly where you are. Bring the case study you like least. They're posted here a couple of weeks ahead.

Save a search on the board — a discipline, a level, where you can work from — and the new roles matching it come to you instead.
